Jerusalem the Golden, is a household name, supplying religious requisites to now third generation clients.

Established in the late 60s in the city the shop moved to Golders Green in the 70s a then growing Jewish community. The shop was somewhat an Aladdins cave! One could find almost anything remotely connected to Judaism and Israel.

In 2002 the business changed hands and great emphasis was placed upon customer service and carrying a more up to date stock of Judaica. In 2003 a Silver Gallery was opened selling a large selection of Silver Judaica some pieces unique (see our online gallery).

After further expansion and total renovation of the shop, we now have a large Music section with listening stations. Amongst the other services we offer, we now have a resident scribe who ensures that all Mezuzahs and Tefillin that we sell are of the highest standard.

Then came to need to service customers from afar, and those who could not access us personally. Some people have asked to see pictures of products that we sell. So we decided to design a website that would fill the gap.
